S.I. No. 415/2003 - Immigration Act 2003 (Section 7) (Commencement) Order 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration Act 2003 (Section 7) (Commencement) Order 2003.

2. The 15th day of September 2003 is fixed as the day on which

section 7

of the

Immigration Act 2003

(No. 26 of 2003) shall come into operation.
