S.I. No. 393/2003 - Protection of the Environment Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Protection of the Environment Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2003.

2. On 8

th

September 2003, the following provisions of the

Protection of the Environment Act 2003

shall come into operation

a) Subsections (1) and (3) of section 1;

b) Sections 2 and 4;

c) Subsection (1)(c) of section 20;

d) Subsections (1), (2)(a), (2)(b) and (2)(c) of section 26; and

e) Sections 27, 30, 32 and 52.
