shall comprise a constituency and shall be entitled to elect 2 producer members to the National Milk Agency.”.

The purpose of these Regulations is to establish constituencies for the election of producer representatives for appointment to the National Milk Agency.

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, (No. 25 of 1994) and paragraph 5 of the Schedule to that Act (as amended by

section 4

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply)(Amendment) Act 1996

(No. 41 of 1996) hereby make the following regulations
