The purpose of these Regulations is to fix 31

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 20

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994

(No. 25 of 1994) and paragraph 5(2) of the Schedule to that Act (as amended by

section 4

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply)(Amendment) Act, 1996

(No. 41 of 1996)) hereby make the following regulations
