S.I. No. 365/2003 - European Communities (Animal Remedies and Medicated Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Animal Remedies and Medicated Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003.

2. The European Communities (Animal Remedies and Medicated Feedingstuffs Regulations 1994 (

S.I. No. 176 of 1994

) are amended, by substitution of the following for Paragraph (a) of Regulation (4)(5):-

“(a) the manufacturer has premises which have been approved or registered, as appropriate pursuant to the provisions of the European Communities (Approval and Registration of Establishments and Intermediaries operating in the Animal Feed Sector) Regulations 1999 (

These Regulations update in the European Communities (Animal Remedies and Medicated Feedingstuffs) Regulations 1994 Regulation 4(5)(a) the reference to the relevant Approval or Registration procedures under the Feedingstuffs Legislation.
