1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations 2003.

2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues)

(Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations 1989 (

S. I. No. 105 of 1989

) are amended in Annex II to the Schedule, by deleting the entry relating to diquat.
