1. These Regulations may be cited as the Communications Regulation Act 2002 (Notice of Intention to Prosecute) Regulations 2003.

2. The form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations is prescribed for the purposes of

section 44

(1) of the

Communications Regulation Act 2002

(No. 20 of 2002.

(b) pay to the Commission the sum of €1,000 accompanied by this notice,

a prosecution in respect of the alleged offence will not be instituted.
