1. This order may be cited as the Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order, 2003.

2. A Constituency Commission is hereby established to undertake the functions assigned to it by Part II of the

Electoral Act, 1997

This order establishes a Constituency Commission to report on Dáil and European constituencies.

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the power conferred on him by

section 5

(1) of the

Electoral Act, 1997

(No. 25 of 1997), hereby orders as follows
