S.I. No. 291/2003 - Licensing of Indoor Events Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing of Indoor Events Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2003.

2. 14 July 2003 is hereby appointed as the day upon which Part 3 of the

Licensing of Indoor Events Act 2003

shall come into operation.

This Order brings Part 3 of the

Licensing of Indoor Events Act 2003

into effect. Part 3 of the Act (sections 24 to 34 inclusive) relates to amendments to the

Fire Services Act, 1981

.

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

section 1

of the

Licensing of Indoor Events Act 2003

(No. 15 of 2003) hereby orders as follows
