S.I. No. 160/2003 - Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2003.

2. The 1st day of May 2003 is fixed as the day on which the provisions of the

Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003

(No. 12 of 2003 specified in the Schedule to this Order come into operation.
