1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Transfers (Angola)(Revocation) Order 2003.
2. The Financial Transfers (Angola)(Prohibition) Order 2002 (
S.I. No. 75 of 2002
) is hereby revoked.

The effect of this Order is to revoke
S.I. No. 75 of 2002
which prohibited Financial Transfers pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No 1705/98

of 28 July, 1998 concerning the interruption of certain economic relations with Angola. Council Regulation (EC) No. 1705/98 has been repealed by Council Regulation (EC) No. 146/2003
