S.I. No. 124/2003 - Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Casualties) Act 2000 (Remaining Provisions) (Commencement) Order 2003

1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Casualties) Act 2000 (Remaining Provisions) (Commencement) Order 2003.

2. The 25

th

day of March 2003 is fixed as the day on which so much of the

Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Casualties) Act 2000

(No. 14 of 2000) as is not in operation comes into operation.

This Order brings into operation the remaining provisions (sections 1 - 43) of the

Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Casualties) Act 2000

(No 14 of 2000 with effect from the 25

March 2003.
