1. This Order may be cited as the Sustainable Energy Act 2002 (Establishment Day) Order 2002.

2. The 1st day of May 2002 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Sustainable Energy Act 2002

(No. 2 of 2002).

The Minister for Finance concurs in the making of the foregoing Order.
