1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order, 2002.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on that Minister of the Government by or under

section 6

and

of the

Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990

(No. 23 of 1990) are delegated to Ivor Callely, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children.
