1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Finance Act, 1993 (Section 60) Regulations 2002

(2) The persons listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed for the purposes of

section 60

(3) of the

Finance Act, 1993

.

2. The Finance Act, 1993 (Section 60) Regulations 2000 (

S.I. No 319 of 2000

) are hereby revoked.
