1. This Order may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Mutual Assistance) Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2002.

2. The 22nd day of February, 2002, is fixed as the day on which the

Customs and Excise (Mutual Assistance) Act, 2001

(No. 2 of 2001), comes into operation.
