(Commencement) Order 2002.

Section 248

of the

Companies Act 1990

(No. 33 of 1990) shall come into operation on the date of the making of this Order.

This Order provides that

section 248

of the

Companies Act 1990

is commenced with effect from 28th February 2002.

), and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 1998 (

), hereby order as follows
