S.I. No. 560/2002 - European Communities (Newcastle Disease) (Control on Imports of Avian Products From Australia) (Amendment) Regulations 2002

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Newcastle Disease) (Control on Imports of Avian Products from Australia) (Amendment Regulations 2002.

2. The European Communities (Newcastle Disease) (Control on Imports of Avian Products from Australia) Regulations 2002 (

S.I. No. 351 of 2002

) are amended, in Article 2(1), by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision”, of -

“‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2002/537/EC of 2 July 2002 as amended by Commission Decision No. 2002/942/EC of 29 November 2002;”.
