S.I. No. 556/2002 - Licensing of Passenger Boats (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2002

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing of Passenger Boats (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2002.

2. The Licensing of Passenger Boats (Exemption) Regulations 2002 are amended as follows

(1) in Regulation 1(ii) by substituting “1 January 2003” for “6

day of June 2003”, and

(2) in Regulation 4(2)(f) by substituting “vessel” for “boat”.

These Regulations amend the Licensing of Passenger Boats (Exemption) Regulations 2002 bringing forward the date of commencement to 1 January 2003 and making a minor amendment to the construction requirements of the Regulations.

) hereby make the following Regulations
