1. This Order may be cited as the British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002.

day of December 2002 is hereby fixed as the day on which the

British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2002

(No 26 of 2002) shall come into operation.
