S.I. No. 53/2002 - Company Law Enforcement Act 2001 (Commencement) (No. 5) Order 2002

1. This Order may be cited as the Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001 (Commencement) (No. 5) Order, 2002.

2. On 1 March 2002 sections 40, 41, 42, 84(b), 91(a) and 101

Company Law Enforcement Act 2001

(No. 28 of 2001) shall come into operation.
