1. This Order may be cited as the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Commencement) Order, 2002.

2. The 9

day of October, 2002, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2002

(No. 21 of 2002) shall come into operation.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health and Children, this 9

day of October, 2002.
