EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to appoint a Special Adviser to the Minister for Education and Science with effect from 6 June 2002.

2. The Government hereby appoints the person specified in the schedule to this Order as Special Adviser to the Minister for Education and Science with effect from 6 June 2002.

Schedule

WHEREAS the Minister for Education and Science has made a request to the Government under

Section 11

(1) of the

Public Service Management Act, 1997

(No. 27 of 1997)

NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by

Section 11

(1) of the

Public Service Management Act, 1997

hereby order as follows
