S.I. No. 355/2002 - The Southern Health Board (District Mental Hospitals) Order, 2002

1. This Order may be cited as the Southern Health Board (District Mental Hospitals Order, 2002.

2. The Acute Psychiatric Unit, Tralee General Hospital is hereby designated as a district mental hospital to serve the administrative county of Kerry.

3. The following hospitals are hereby designated as district mental hospitals to serve the administrative county of Cork

St. Stephen's Hospital, Glanmire

Bantry General Hospital

4. The following acute psychiatric units are hereby designated as district mental hospitals to serve the county borough and administrative county of Cork

Acute Psychiatric Unit, Mercy Hospital

Acute Psychiatric Unit, Cork University Hospital
