1. This Order may be cited as Appointment of Special Adviser (Department of the Environment and Local Government) Order, 2002

2. Mr Pat Daly of the Department of the Environment and Local Government is appointed to be Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment and Local Government with effect from 6 June 2002.

The effect of this Order is to appoint Mr Pat Daly as Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment and Local Government, Mr Martin Cullen TD for a period which is related to the term of office of the Minister.

Section 11
