S.I. No. 312/2002 - Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2002

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2002.

2. The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Valuation Tribunal under

section 34

(1) of the

Valuation Act 2001

(No. 13 of 2001) of a category mentioned in column (1) of the Table to this Regulation shall be the amount specified in column (2) of that Table opposite the mention of that category.
