1. This Order may be cited as the European Communities and Swiss Confederation Act 2001, (Commencement) Order, 2002.

2. The 1st day of June 2002 is appointed as the day on which the

European Communities and Swiss Confederation Act 2001

(No. 41 of 2001) comes into operation.
