1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Acts, 1996 and 2000 (Companies (Vesting Day) (No. 3) Order, 2002.

2. The 9

day of May, 2002, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of the Harbours Acts, 1996 and 2000 in relation to Dundalk Port Company.

(2) of the

Harbours Act, 1996

(No. 11 of 1996) which said Act was amended by the

Harbours (Amendment) Act, 2000

(No. 21 of 2000) (which aforementioned Acts are hereinafter cited collectively as the Harbours Acts 1996 and 2000), as adapted by the Marine (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 (
