S.I. No. 166/2002 - Criminal Justice (United Nations Convention Against Torture) Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2002

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (United Nations Convention Against Torture) Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2002.

2. The 11th day of May, 2002, is appointed as the day on which

section 11

of the

Criminal Justice (United Nations Convention Against Torture) Act 2000

(No. 11 of 2000 shall come into operation.

This Order fixes the date on which Section 11(2) of the Criminal Justice (United Nations Convention against Torture) Act, 2002 , shall come into operation.
