S.I. No. 155/2002 - Greyhound Race Track (Totalisator) (Operating) Amendement Regulations 2002 Open official source

Bord na gCon in exercise of the powers conferred on it by subsection (3) of

Section 40

of the

Greyhound Industry Act, 1958

(no 12 of 1958) hereby makes the following regulation, that is to say

In the case of all Jackpot Pools the minimum unit and all multiples thereof is reduced from €1 to 50c. The minimum stake on these pools will be €1.

This regulation shall come into operation on the 1

st

day of May, 2002.

Explanatory Note
