S.I. No. 116/2002 - Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 (Section 14) Order 2002

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment Act 1993 (Section 14) Order 2002.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2002.

2. On and from 1 April 2002 the annual rate of remuneration of the Comptroller and Auditor General shall be €172,982.

3. The Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 (Section 14 (No.2) Order 2001 (

S.I. No. 658 of 2001

) is revoked.
