S.I. No. 92/2001 - The Women's Health Council (Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 2001.

1. This Order may be cited as the Women's Health Council (Establishment)(Amendment Order 2001.

2. The Women's Health Council (Establishment) Order, 1997 (

SI No. 278 of 1997

) is hereby amended by the insertion of the following Article

“28. The

Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1980

(No. 8 of 1980) and the schemes and regulations made thereunder shall apply to the Council from the 24th June, 1997.”
