1. Particulars of the legal name, trading names and other aliases by which the undertaking is known.

2. General description of the business activity carried on by the undertaking.

3. Particulars of the main categories of goods and services dealt in by the undertaking.

4. Particulars of the turnover of the undertaking and of the accounting year to which those particulars relate.

5. Particulars of the value of goods, services and financial instruments received by a person from a non-resident in the period concerned.

6. Particulars of the value of goods, services and financial instruments provided by a person to a non-resident in the period concerned.
