1. This Order may be cited as the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act, 2001 (Part 2) (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

2. The 28

day of December, 2001, is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 2 of the

Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act, 2001

(No. 55 of 2001).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order establishes the Railway Procurement Agency on the 28

day of December 2001.

section 8

of the

Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act, 2001

(No. 55 of 2001), hereby order as follows
