1. This Order may be cited as the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

day of December, 2001, is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the

Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001

(No. 20 of 2001).
