S.I. No. 620/2001 - European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Foodstuffs of Animal Origin) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 2001

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Foodstuffs of Animal Origin) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 2001.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of January 2002.

2. In these Regulations -

“the Principal Regulations” means the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Foodstuffs of Animal Origin) Regulations, 1999 (

).

3. Annex II of the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the replacement of the following entries to Part B of Annex II
