S.I. No. 589/2001 - Local Government Act, 2001 (County and City Development Boards) Order, 2001

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 2001 (County and City Development Boards) Order, 2001.

2. This Order shall come into operation on 1 January, 2002.

3. There shall be established in each county or city a body titled in accordance with the Schedule to this Order.
