S.I. No. 526/2001 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order, 2001.

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order, 2001.

2. The 30th day of November 2001 is appointed as the day on which Part 2 of the

National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000

(No. 39 of 2000) shall come into operation.

This Order appoints 30 November, 2001 as the day when Part 2 of the

National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000

(No. 39 of 2000) comes into operation. Part 2 contains the provisions relating to the State Claims Agency.
