EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order provides that sections 7 to 24, 25(b), 26 to 39, 72 to 74, 96, 97, 112 and 113 of the Act shall come into operation on 28

November 2001. It also provides that section 88 of the Act will be effective from 1st March 2002.
