1. This Order may be cited as the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001.

2. The 26th day of November, 2001, is fixed as the day on which the

Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2001

(No. 27 of 2001) (other than section 4 (2) (c)) shall come into operation.
