1. These Regulations may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2001.

2. Regulation 2(b) of the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999 (

S.I. No. 345 of 1999

), is amended by the substitution for “Mr Tony Mc Grath” of “Mr. Jack Thompson”.
