1. This Order may be cited as The Health Insurance Act, 1994 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

2. The 1st day of February, 2001 is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part IV of the

Health Insurance Act, 1994

(No. 16 of 1994).
