1. This Order may be cited as the National Beef Assurance Scheme Act, 2000 (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order, 2001.

2. The First Schedule of the

National Beef Assurance Scheme Act, 2000

(No. 2 of 2000) is hereby amended by the insertion in paragraph 1. (b) after “live animals” of

“and persons to whom the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1966 to 2001 (Approval and Registration of Dealers and Dealers Premises) Order, 2001 (

S.I. No. 79 of 2001

) applies who deal in bovine animals”

S.I. No. 79 of 2001

) applies who deal in bovine animals.
