S.I. No. 390/2001 - Waste Management (Prescribed Date) Regulations, 2001

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Waste Management (Prescribed Date) Regulations 2001.

2. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the

Waste Management Act, 1996

.

3. The 14

th

day of September 2001 is the prescribed date for the making of a waste management plan for the purposes of subsection (2) or (3) of section 22 of the Act.

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by
