S.I. No. 316/2001 - The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-And-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports From The Netherlands) (Revocation) Order, 2001

1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the Netherlands) (Revocation) Order, 2001.

2. The

Diseases of Animals Act, 1966

(Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the Netherlands) Order, 2001 (

S.I. No. 210 of 2001

) and the

Diseases of Animals Act, 1966

(Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the Netherlands) (Amendment) Order, 2001 (

S.I. No. 233 of 2001

) are revoked.

3. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Movement of Persons) Order, 2001 (

S.I. No. 160 of 2001

) is amended —

(a) in Article 3, by the substitution for “and the Netherlands are” of “is”,

(b) in Article 4(1), by the deletion of “either” and “or the Netherlands,”,

(c) in Article 4(5), by the deletion of “or the Netherlands”, and

(d) in Article 5(1), by the deletion of “or the Netherlands”.

4. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Movement of Horses) (Amendment) Order, 2001 (

S.I. No. 216 of 2001

) is amended by the deletion, in Article 2, of “or the Netherlands”.
