S.I. No. 278/2001 - ACC Bank Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001

1. This Order may be cited as the ACC Bank Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001.

2. The 15th day of June, 2001, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

ACC Bank Act, 2001

(No. 12 of 2001), other than sections 6, 8, 10, 11(2) and 12, shall come into operation.
