S.I. No. 241/2001 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Delegation of Investment Functions) Order, 2001

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Delegation of Investment Functions) Order, 2001.

2. In relation to the Social Insurance Fund, the functions of the Minister for Finance under subsection (7) of

section 7

of the

Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1993

in relation to that fund are hereby delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency.

This Order gives the National Treasury Management Agency the power to invest the Social Insurance Fund on behalf of the Minister for Finance.
