1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Export and Import of Horses) (Amendment) Order, 2001.

2. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Export and Import of Horses) Order, 2001 (

S.I. No. 105 of 2001

) is amended —

(a) by the deletion of paragraph (1) of Article 2, and

(b) in paragraph 2 of Article 2, by the insertion after “Member State” of “(other than France)”.
