1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser Order, 2001.

2. The Government appoints Ms Katherine Licken, of 17 Tuscany Park, Baldoyle, Dublin 13, to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources with effect from 10 April, 2001.

WHEREAS the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources has made a request to the Government under

section 11

(1) of the

Public Service Management Act, 1997

(No.27 of 1997)

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by

section 11

(1) of the

Public Service Management Act, 1997

, and pursuant to that request hereby order as follows
