Statutory Text (4 Articles)
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) Regulations, 2001 and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April 2001.
2. In these Regulations -
“the Principal Regulations” means the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations, 1989 (

).

3. The Principal Regulations are hereby amended in Annex II by the following: -
“The entry of ‘3’ for Folpet in wine grapes is replaced by ‘10’,”.
